Al: You can deposit the demand through Deposit Challans in four parts in Orissa State Co-operative Bank Ltd, Link Road Branch. Before deposit, you have to pass the challans form to the finance & accounts branch on showing the original demand letters of CDA.
Both Cash and Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque can be deposited in Bank. However, we are not accepting Cheque. Further, you are required to fill up all the columns of the deposit challans and deposit separate challans for different purposes.
A3:You can make DD/BC in favor of "Cuttack Development Authority" Payable at Cuttack only.
A3:You can meet the Finance & Accounts Member and the Deputy Finance Manager for accounts verification and other matter relates to allotment of plots, commercial complex etc.
A4: You can apply for refund to the concerned branch dealing with your matter, on processing of the same and due approval, the same can be refunded in shape of account payee Cheque issued in your name. It will be dispatched through Registered Post in your mailing address.
A5. List of forms and respective fees available at Cash counter in all working days during 10.30am to 2.00 PM.
